Movie Review

The topic of this post is about movies, we have to choose a movie that we like and make a review about it, so the one I'll pick is called A few good men I don't know if you remember the film, I think it came out back in 1994, it had a well known cast, such as Tom Cruise, Jack Nicholson, Demi Moore, Kevin Bacon and Kiefer Sotherland.

A soldier has died on the US military base at Guantanamo Bay Cuba, and two more are getting blamed for the murder. But back in Washington DC everybody is wondering if the military base is being handled in the correct way. In the meen time the case of the two soldiers envolved in this murder is put in hands of an inexperience lawyer, but thanks to his team of collagues they start gaining evidence of what was the real reason of the soldier's murder.

What is the best way to prevent back injury?

If you try these things, they can help people to avoid back pain, wich is very common. Excercising, losing weight and maintaining good posture are important. Practice syanding tall, with your head up and your shoulders back, slouching and sitting straight. Slouching is bad for the spine. It's also bad for blood circulation. So keep your back against the back of the chair, keep your feet flat on the floor, and, keep your knees slightly higher than your hips.

Well this is a response of a letter that a Mother send to her doughter who is away at college .

Dear Mom:

Is it so nice to hear from you! I hope that everything's allright.

I got to addmit I've missed you guys, but Im having a wonderfull time over here. the school is great, I've made lot of good friends and it didn't take me long to find a part time job, I'm a waitress now haha, but I mean is just to cover some of my expenses and to save some money of course.

Oh in your letter you mension Peter Dove, I'm so glad he is doing ok, say hello to him from me, and tell him that I'll let him know when I'm in town so we can hang out.

Mother stop worrying so much about me, I'm fine and I'm really happy here, I'm enjoying every minute of it, remember that you're only young once.

I hope this isn't the last letter that you write me ok. Is nice to hear from you and the things that happen down there.
